What a typical session involves
Using Meridian Tapping/EFT involves 'tuning into' the issue and then tapping with your fingertips on specific acupressure/energy meridian points. Typically you will notice a significant reduction in the intensity of the feeling. If it's not completely gone then we will repeat the process, bringing the intensity down each time until full balance is restored.
During the session you may feel a release, usually a yawn, sigh, you may even laugh or cry. These are good signs - it means that negative emotions are shifting and being released.
To get the best results and for any long term improvement, it may be necessary to book more sessions to make sure the issue has been thoroughly cleared. Meridian Tapping/EFT is a non-invasive therapy, a powerful technique, which I will teach you to use on yourself.

All sessions are completely confidential. Before we book a session together we will have a friendly, no obligation chat over the telephone to discuss your main issue(s). Mobile: 07887 813516 Skype: wendy-clarkson
EFT works just as well over the telephone, or Skype (wendy-clarkson), if that is more convenient for you.

This will allow me the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client. I do however have a standard charge of £25 for missed EFT appointments or EFT appointments which are cancelled with less than twenty-four hours notice.

I am happy to give concessions to people, if you wish to take advantage of this rate, then please mention this to me when you book. Thank you.
